Special Mass with the Bishop

Monday May 30, members of our parish staff, finance council, and parish council participated in a special Mass with Bishop Libasci, and other parish staff from around our diocese.  The Mass was held at St. Elizabeth Seton Parish.  Bishop Libasci celebrated a number of these Masses in different areas of the state in an effort to unify everyone in our diocese with a common thread.  After each Mass, Parish priests received a special Eucharist to … Continue reading

On A Mission…

Last week Jyl Dittbenner spent 10 Days on a Mission in Honduras.  Jyl helped with a program called “Project Eden.” Organized by Father Dan St. Laurent, it is a program that involves raising produce and plants for sale, building gardens, and tutoring.  The gardens are built for community benefit – at schools, or in villages.  During the trip their was opportunity to share music, talk with local people, harvesting, building gardens, tutoring, and just getting … Continue reading

BISHOP LIBASCI’S SCHEDULE FOR LENT 2012
