Thank you for your interest in the St. Francis of Assisi Fun in the Sun Summer Camp program. Download the necessary forms to enroll your child here. You may fill it out on the computer then PRINT it and return to the Parish Office with your check. Or just print a copy and fill it out later by pen:
Camp Dates: June 25th through August 17th
Camp Hours: Our camp operates Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:45 PM.
Age Requirements: Children 4 to 12 years old.
Registration Fee: There is a $50.00 non-refundable family registration fee.
Tuition: Our weekly fee is $100 per child per week, or $25 per day. Our sibling fee is $80 per week, or $20 per day.
No refunds will be given for any part of a week for which the child is registered but does not attend.
Payment for one week (per child) must be enclosed with the registration form and registration fee. Your week’s deposit will be applied to your first week of camp. All other payments are due on the Monday of the week your child is attending. If your child is registered to attend less than a full week, payment for the amount of days attending is required. Thus, if your child is registered to attend 3 days in two different weeks, payment for three days is required.
**There will be a 5% discount for fees paid in full by June 1, 2012.
Cancellations: In order to obtain a refund of any tuition paid, you must provide written notification of cancellation to the Program Director on or before June 1, 2012. After
June 1, 2012, you are financially responsible for the weeks or days that you have reserved.
Please return the completed forms, along with your registration fee and payment for one week of camp, before June 1, 2012. A confirmation letter will be sent to you listing the days/weeks you are registered for, as well as important information regarding camp hours, drop-off/pick-up, early pick-up, etc.
Health Forms: Each child is required to have a Camper’s Health Information form submitted. Please download and submit by June 22, 2011:
Your child will enjoy activities associated with a different theme each week:
ð All Star Olympics – “Ribbons, relays, games and more, this is a week for you to soar!”
ð Everyday’s a Holiday – “Trees with lights, hearts and a bunny, flags to wave, with costumes so
funny.”
ð A Wacky Wild Week – “Inside, outside, upside down, this week our campers are the wackiest in
town!”
ð Amazing Artists – “With a little imagination you can color your world.”
ð Outdoor Adventures – “Lizards, ants, and plants oh my.”
ð Making Waves – “Splash up some fun in the warm summer sun!”
ð Totally Talented – “Fun in the Sun is close to the end, let’s show off our talent and have
fun with our friends!”
ð A Dynamic Decade – “Ten amazing summers have gone by so fast, revisiting the past will sure
be a BLAST!”
Each child attending camp will be provided with one (1) Fun in the Sun t-shirt.
Additional shirts are available for $8.00 each.
